Marketing expenses accounted for 0.94% of the total revenue for the year 2023 (14.928 billion), with a cost of 18,290 VND per lead on social media advertising platforms.

From January 2019, I was appointed as the Project Manager of the Green Balcony project.
From January 2019 to March 2019, the fan count of the Green Balcony page increased from 4,224 to 5,500. The interaction rate reached 0.62%, and the Page Performance Index increased from 5% to 34%.
Website traffic increased by 51.95%, and the conversion rate increased by 21.6% compared to April 2018.
